HOW TO PLACE ORDER:
- Email a minimum of 4 reference photos (one for each side)
- Please note important details on your doggy that you don't want to me to miss and specific colors that may be confused with other shades due to age/photo lighting (example: brown spot on tongue/ears/etc, light tan eyebrows can be mistaken for white, dark brown eyes can be mistaken for black)***
- Custom charms are made-to-order and can take between 2-3 weeks to fulfill depending on my availablity. I will contact you directly once your order is placed to smooth over details.
- NOTE TO CUSTOMER: Once your charm is created final photos are sent for approval; any adjustments can be made to your charm at this time. If you decide to make major changes/require a 2nd adjustment, a $10 fee will be incurred.
