Return & Refund Policy

Aloha! We are a small local business that values our clients and will do our best to make things right with our customers. If you're unsatisfied with your order, please email: with any concerns or question that you have regarding your order. We are happy to work things out with you to the best of our ability.


Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase date. All commission work and custom creations are final sale. Orders eligible for returns and exchanges must be in resaleable and unused condition. Charms that have defects resulting from normal wear & tear and are not manufacturer defects will not accepted. 

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the charm must be back in the seller's possession first before a replacement charm or refund will be issued to the customer.
