Shipping policy

All orders are fulfilled and shipped out of Houston, TX. Charms are shipped via the USPS withing 3-7 business days of the order being placed and come with free tracking. Custom charms may take between 2-3 weeks to fulfill. If you live outside of the United States, please contact us beforehand so we can get an estimated shipping cost for you!

Once the packages have been dropped off at the P.O., they are out of our physical control so we do not hold responsibility for lost or stolen mail. Please be sure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We offer shipping insurance for your package if interested.
