Shipping Policy

Aloha! We are a small local business that values our clients and will do our best to make things right with our customers. Below is a list of our general shipping information. If you're unsatisfied with your order, please email: with any concerns or question that you have regarding your order. We are happy to work things out with you to the best of our ability.


  • Orders are fulfilled and shipped out of Houston, TX.
  • Normal processing time of orders is 3-5 business days, not including shipping time. Processing time for custom orders may take between 2-3 weeks not including shipping time.
  • Orders are shipped via the USPS and come with free tracking.
  • Shipping starts at $4.00, orders with a value of $75 or more qualify for free shipping.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • Once packages have been dropped off at the post office, they are out of our control. We are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged mail, however, we offer shipping insurance for your package if interested. Email us before placing your order so we can discuss in detail how to handle your needs!
