GENERAL SHIPPING INFO:

• Orders are fulfilled and shipped out of Houston, TX.
• Orders are shipped via the USPS and come with free tracking.
• Orders are typically dropped off at the post office between Monday-Friday.
• Shipping starts at $4.25, orders with a value of $75 qualify for free shipping.
• We do not offer international shipping at this time.
• Once packages have been dropped off at the post office, they are out of our control. We are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged mail, however, we offer shipping insurance for your package if interested. Email us before placing your order so we can discuss in detail how to handle your needs! If you have any questions or concerns regarding your package, please email us right away and we'll do our best to help!

PICKUP FOR OAHU RESIDENTS:

Do you live on Oahu and want to save on shipping? Local pickup is available for Oahu residents! Here's how it works:

• Place your order as normal, but leave a note at checkout that you'd like to pick up your order. 
• Orders are available for pickup in Pearl City only. 
• We'll send you the tracking # and notify you when your order is on the way.
• When your order arrives at our pickup location, we'll notify you again and give you further instructions (like pickup date, time & directions)

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

• We offer returns/refunds within 14 days of purchase date. All custom charms are final sale.
• We accept exchanges, please contact us right away so we can address the situation and help you. :)  See our return policy here for more information.
