• Custom pet charms are made-to-order and can take up to 2 weeks to fulfill. I will contact you directly once your order is placed to smooth over details!
• Final photos are sent for approval; any adjustments can be made to your charm at this time. An extra fee may incur if you decide to make major changes to your charm.
